Your Opinion Counts!

As a Lakeshore parent, your opinion is invaluable to making sure our school is the best it can be. In the next week, a 7-minute online survey will be sent to all families. Areas of interest include: the efforts to maintain a strong, safe, and supportive learning environment; the availability of health and counseling services; your perceptions of student risk and problem behaviors; and the quality of staff/student relationships. Your responses are strictly confidential and will be used only in group form for analytic and reporting purposes. To complete the survey, you can:

1)    Go to our school’s home page and click on the “parent survey” link.

2)    Click on the online survey when you receive an email from us.

3)    Stop by the office or give us a call if you do not receive an email or if you would prefer to complete a paper copy.  A Spanish version is also available. Si desea una copia de la encuesta de padres en español, Por favor contacte al director.

Because your opinions are so important, parents with children attending other schools will be asked to complete a survey for each school.
