As a parent who has children attending Woodworth, you are being asked to complete this 7-minute survey on various aspects of school climate. The survey asks your opinions on this school's efforts to maintain a strong, safe, and supportive learning environment; the availability of health and counseling services; your perceptions of student risk and problem behaviors; and the quality of staff/student relationships. Please be assured your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only in aggregate form for analytic and reporting purposes.
