Children who will turn 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1, 2017, are invited to participate in this free preschool developmental screening sponsored by the Fond du Lac School District, Fond du Lac Birth to Three, ADVOCAP Head Start, and Agnesian Health Care. Your child will be encouraged to participate in a play group where social, communication, motor, and early learning skills will be observed. Hearing and vision will be screened as well. Child Development Days will provide you with the opportunity to receive information on growth and development of children ages 2 through 4, and on the services available in the community for children of this age.
This event will be held on Monday, January 30 from 10 AM – 12 PM and 3-6 PM and Tuesday, January 31 from 8 AM – 12 PM and 3-6 PM at Lighthouse Christian Church, 401 South National Avenue. You may also email Tammy, however, please make sure to leave contact information. Screenings take approximately one hour.
Registration for ADVOCAP Head Start and 4K programs for 2017-2018 will be available for those families who are interested. If you intend to register your child for these programs, please be sure to bring along your child’s birth certificate.
