General Information

Welcome to the Fond du Lac School District! Our District serves approximately 7,300 students. The Fond du Lac School District covers approximately 75 square miles and is located in Fond du Lac County. The district operates 15 school buildings, including 10 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, Fond du Lac High School and an alternative high school for at-risk students. Included in those figures are the STEM Academy (Gr. 3-5) and STEM Institute (Gr. 6-8) charter schools which focus on project-based learning in science, technology, engineering, and math, and are housed in the same facility. A four-year-old kindergarten program entitled Early Learning in Fond du Lac operates at 5 of our elementary schools, 11 sites at child care centers within the Fond du Lac community, and 3 sites at child care centers in North Fond du Lac.

Distinguished Alumni Award

The Distinguished Alumni Award was established in 2012 to recognize the accomplishments of graduates who have distinguished themselves as role models by excelling in their professions and/or making significant contributions to their communities. Potential nominees must have graduated at least five years prior to being nominated.  The nomination deadline is January 31.
