All Fond du Lac School District students and staff must complete the self-screening questions each morning prior to boarding a bus and/or reporting to school. Here is a link to our COVID-19 Health Self-Screener in English and Spanish.

What to do if experiencing symptoms or exposed to a positive case?

COVID-19 Data Dashboard

  • This data is intended to provide a snapshot of the number of students and staff out of school due to positive COVID-19 cases and quarantines at a specific point in time.
  • Students and staff listed in quarantine have not tested positive and are at home due to being identified as a close contact to an individual who has tested positive. This close contact may or may not have occurred at school.
  • When students and staff return to school they are deducted from the active cases or active quarantine data.
