Annual Student Information Verification

Annual Student Information Verification will be open July 18-August 5, 2022

The Fond du Lac School District conducts Annual Student Information Verification online for our continuing K-12 students to simplify the process and make it more convenient for parents and guardians. This process occurs in the summer to prepare for the upcoming school year.
In-person assistance will be available either at the District's office or at your child's school. For those of you who have a child attending a school under referendum construction (Lakeshore, Riverside, Rosenow, STEM Academy and Fond du Lac High School), please call 920-906-6550 for assistance.
