School Health Services

School Nurses are committed to helping children by promoting the well being, safety and educational success of every student.

Woodworth Middle School has a Certified School Nurse on staff to address your child's health and medical needs in the educational setting. A Certified School Nurse or RN is available during the school day to care for the physical health needs of students and to provide first aid in the event of sudden illness or injury.
The Caring Closet 
 The Caring Closet is dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing clothing and basic necessities to those in need.
 
The Fond du Lac School District, in partnership with local community-based agencies, offers mental health services beyond what is offered in a typical school setting by providing licensed therapists available during the school day. These providers accept various insurance plans and other healthcare coverage programs, such as BadgerCare.
