School Resources for Families

School Health Services

School Nurses are committed to helping children by promoting the well being, safety and educational success of every student.

Woodworth Middle School has a Certified School Nurse on staff to address your child's health and medical needs in the educational setting. A Certified School Nurse or RN is available during the school day to care for the physical health needs of students and to provide first aid in the event of sudden illness or injury.

Food for Thought Program- Fondy Food Pantry
We are happy to announce that Woodworth will be participating in the Fondy Food Pantry’s Food for Thought Program during the 2020 - 2021 school year! When your child is attending school in person, on either a Tuesday or Friday, they can receive a bag of food at no cost. Food bags include a variety of fresh and canned foods that are kid-friendly and easy to prepare. Please click on the Food for Thought Program link above if you would like to register for this program.

The Fond du Lac School District in partnership with local community-based agencies will be offering mental health services, beyond what is offered in a typical school setting, by providing licensed therapists that are available during the school day. These providers accept a variety of insurance plans, as well as other healthcare coverage programs, such as BadgerCare.
