The search process used by HYA involves engaging stakeholders to develop a leadership profile and selection criteria that matches the priorities of the community. There are two components of the community engagement process – a community-wide survey and focus groups.
Survey: Parents, students, staff and community members are encouraged to participate in the online survey, here is the link: https://ecrasurvey.com/fonddulac2021supt. The survey is open through Sunday, January 24, 2021. The survey is available in English and Spanish. Those who speak other languages are encouraged to contact their school’s translator for help in completing the survey.- Focus Groups: Facilitated by a member of the search firm, the focus groups will be held online:
- Parents: Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at 12:00pm
- Community Members (parents can participate): Thursday, January 21, 2021, at 7:00pm
