We are seeking input from all District parents/guardians, students in grades 5-12 and staff in the coming weeks on our Climate Surveys. We have hired School Perceptions, an independent educational research firm, to conduct the surveys and ensure all responses are anonymous.
Here are the dates each survey will be open:
- Staff: Oct. 1-15, 2021
- Students in Grades 5 to 12: Oct. 4-15, 2021 (DEADLINE EXTENDED TO Oct. 22)
- Parents/Guardians: Oct. 18-Nov. 5, 2021
Check your email inbox around the survey launch date - an individual survey link was sent by School Perceptions to the email address you have in
Skyward Family Access.
Can't find your email invitation to participate in the survey? Try checking your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. If you did not receive the email or need help accessing the survey, please contact Nicole Noonan at (920)906-6507. Your school will also provide access to take the survey during upcoming Parent/Teacher Conferences.
