Fond du Lac School District Schools Honored as 2024-25 Schools of Recognition
FOND DU LAC, WI - The Fond du Lac School District (FDLSD) is pleased to announce that four of its schools have been named 2024-25 Wisconsin Schools of Recognition for High Impact by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
The following schools were recognized for their exceptional dedication to student growth and academic excellence:
Evans Elementary School
Parkside Elementary School
Sabish Middle School
Woodworth Middle School
This prestigious distinction is awarded based on a rigorous set of criteria, including high academic performance, measurable progress in student growth, and success in narrowing achievement gaps, particularly among students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. FDLSD’s honorees are among only 71 schools statewide to receive this designation this year.
"We are incredibly proud of our students, staff, and families for their unwavering commitment to excellence," said Superintendent Matt Steinbarth. "This recognition is a direct reflection of the hard work and collaborative support we see every day within the Evans, Parkside, Sabish, and Woodworth communities."
The Schools of Recognition program honors schools proving that all students can succeed regardless of circumstances. By fostering environments that prioritize both high expectations and robust support systems, these four FDLSD schools continue to set a standard for educational achievement in Wisconsin.
