Preview & Registration Day Details
Wednesday, August 12 | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Main Entrance (Door 1)
Preview Day provides families and students the opportunity to tour the building, set up lockers, drop off school supplies, and finalize annual registration requirements.
Registration & Fees: Pay school fees via cash or check on-site, or use designated computer stations for credit card/ACH payments. You may also pick up physical school calendars and contact guides.
Locker Setup: Students and parents are welcome to bring school supplies and set up student lockers.
Counselor Consultations: Counselors will be available on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis to assist with schedule changes. Note: Schedule changes will not be made for teacher or lunch hour preferences.

Stay Connected: Update Your Skyward Family Access Information
Keeping your contact information up to date in Skyward ensures you receive timely notifications about important topics like weather delays, school closures and urgent alerts. Each year, families are asked to complete our Student Verification process through Skyward Family Access to confirm and update student and contact details. This required verify process takes place August 10 to August 28, and it must be completed before receiving your child's school schedule.

You can always find our official district calendar at FDLsd.org/calendar. We aim to keep both the current school year calendar and, when available (typically during the winter or spring), the next year’s calendar posted to support your planning.
Please note: The calendar includes non-student days for holidays, staff professional development, academic in-service and family conferences. Be sure to review it regularly to stay informed about key dates.
