At the Regular Board of Education Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026, members voted unanimously to approve:

• the closure of Roberts Elementary for the 2027-28 school year,

• the relocation of STEM Academy to Woodworth Middle School for the 2027-28 school year, and

• redrawn boundaries for elementary schools.

In the coming weeks, we will be contacting families affected by these changes to share information. We are committed to making all transitions as easy as possible. Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure every family gets the most accurate information.

Chegwin Elementary:

• Northern boundary will run east and west along Johnson Street/Hwy 23 between the east side of the bridge crossing Satterlee Street and the west side of the bridge over the creek between Rose Avenue and Coffman Avenue.

• Southern boundary will run east and west between the bridges on Forest Avenue (between the West and East branches of the Fond du Lac River); south along the East branch of the Fond du Lac River to the intersection of Western Avenue and Oak Street; east along Western to the intersection of 4th Street/Cty T and Main Street; continuing east on 4th Street/Cty T and terminating at the intersection of 4th Street/Cty T and National Avenue.

• Eastern boundary will run south from the west side of the bridge over DeNeveu Creek between Rose Avenue and Coffman Avenue; follow the west bank of DeNeveu Creek south to Gillett Street; east on Gillett Street to the intersection of Gillett Street and National Avenue; south on National Avenue to the intersection of National Avenue and 4th Street/Cty T.

• No change to the western boundary.

Evans Elementary: 

• Northern boundary will run east and west on Johnson Street between the intersection of Johnson Street/Hwy 23 and Hwy 41, and the west side of the bridge just beyond the intersection of Johnson Street/Hwy 23 and Lincoln Avenue.

• Western boundary will include the section between Forest Avenue (west of Hwy 41 S), Townline Road, Brown Road and Hwy 41 S that was previously attached to Parkside Elementary.

• No changes to the southern an eastern boundaries.

Lakeshore Elementary: 

• No changes

Parkside Elementary:

• Southern boundary will run east and west on Johnson Street between the intersection of Johnson Street/Hwy 23 and N. Rolling Meadows Drive, and the intersection of Johnson Street/Hwy 23 and Doty Street.

• Eastern boundary will run south from the intersection of Doty Street and Frazier Drive to the intersection of Doty Street and Johnson Street/Hwy 23.

• Boundaries will no longer include the section between Forest Avenue (west of Hwy 41 S), Townline Road, Brown Road and Hwy 41 S that will now be attached to Evans Elementary.

• No change to northern or western boundaries.

Pier Elementary:

• Northern boundary will run east from the east bank of the East Branch of the Fond du Lac River to the corner of South Ditch and Ellis Street; south from the intersection of South Ditch and Ellis Street to the intersection of Ellis Street and 18th Street; east past the terminus of 18th Street to Cty V; north on Cty V to the *Cty V Roundabout; east from the *Cty V Roundabout to the intersection of Rienzi Road and S. Country Lane.

• Eastern boundary will run south from the intersection of Rienzi Road and S. Country Lane to intersect with the northern boundary of the southern section of Waters Elementary just north of Hwy 151.

• Southern boundary will run east from the intersection of the East Branch of the Fond du Lac River and Pioneer Road to the intersection of S. Main Street and E. Pioneer Road; south from the intersection of S. Main Street and E. Pioneer Road to the intersection of S. Main Street and Camelot Drive; east from the intersection of S. Main Street and Camelot Drive to just west of Douglas Court and Glynn Avenue; north to Fond du Lac Avenue; and east from Fond du Lac Avenue to the western boundary of Lakeshore Elementary (just west of Hwy 151.

• No change to western boundary.

Riverside Elementary:

• No changes

Roberts Elementary: 

• Boundaries eliminated

Rosenow Elementary:

• Western boundary will run south from the intersection of Doty Street and Frazier Drive to the intersection of Doty Street and Johnson Street/Hwy 23; east from the intersection of Doty Street and Johnson Street/Hwy 23 to the intersection of E. Johnson Street/Hwy23 and DeNeveu Creek; south from the intersection of E. Johnson Street/Hwy 23 and DeNeveu Creek, following the creek to Gillett Street; east on Gillett Street to the intersection of Gillett Street and National Avenue; and south on National Avenue to the *Cty V Roundabout.

• Southern boundary will run east and west between the *Cty V Roundabout and the intersection of Rienzi Road and S. Country Lane

• Eastern boundary extended south following the western Lakeshore boundary line from Morningside Drive to intersect the northeastern Pier boundary. 

• No changes to northern boundary.

Waters Elementary (Northern division):

• Northern boundary will run east from the intersection of S. Main Street, Western Avenue, and 4th Street to the intersection of 4th Street and National Avenue.

• Eastern boundary will run south from the intersection of 4th Street and National Avenue, south through the *Cty V Roundabout to just south of the *Cty V Roundabout.

• No changes to the southern or western boundaries.

Waters Elementary (Southern division):

• Northern boundary will run north from Hwy 41 N at the Hickory Street exit to W. Pioneer Road; east on W. Pioneer Road to the intersection of S. Main Street and E. Pioneer Road; south from the intersection of S. Main Street and E. Pioneer Road to the intersection of S. Main Street and Camelot Drive; east from the intersection of S. Main Street and Camelot Drive to just west of Douglas Court and Glynn Avenue; north to Fond du Lac Avenue; and east from Fond du Lac Avenue to the western boundary of Lakeshore Elementary (just west of Hwy 151.

• No changes to southern, eastern, or western boundaries.
