Thank you for your desire to learn more about the District's Facility Study and Master Planning Process. On this page, you will find numerous resources that will help you learn more about our current state and potential future state of our school buildings. The District worked with Bray Architects and C.D. Smith Construction to complete the study.
We appreciate the input and feedback that you shared with us through the 2,259 responses to the Facility Study Community Survey. It certainly provided us with valuable information that will assist us in our decision making as we move forward in this assessment and evaluation process. 
Survey Results
This is a link to the preliminary results of the Community Survey that was recently conducted by School Perceptions. Based on the information compiled here, the Board of Education will develop and finalize a plan that reflects the priorities of the taxpayers and ensures our facilities are maintained/updated for our students, staff and community. The survey was mailed to all District residents on September 25, 2018, began arriving around October 4, 2018, and the window was open through October 15, 2018. Surveys received after that point were also tabulated by School Perceptions. Bill Foster of School Perceptions presented this report to the Board of Education on October 22, 2018.

Board of Education Facility Study Workshops

The documents provided below are items that were the focus of discussion at the Board of Education Workshops with Bray Architects and C.D. Smith personnel. The date that they were discussed is noted for each.

The Post-Survey Budget Summary lists the various areas of the work that were surveyed and prioritizes them based on the responses of people who are Non-Parent and Non-Staff. They comprised 47% of the total survey respondents.
The draft site master plan for Chegwin Elementary was also used as an example of the process that the Bray, C.D. Smith and District Administration team are now working through for each building. A deep dive into all areas of the building based on the community survey priorities is now occurring. Below are the plans broken down by floor.
